Kind of short on words this morning. Katie and I went with the braid trend for today. And we went to Starbucks and had the cutest (and yummiest) mini peaunut butter cupcakes ever! But back to the braid trend, I feel like I don't need to really explain anything about it. I use to think that braids were just for little girls with pigtails or girls that played high school sports, but I have definitely revoked that idea. If you have ever browsed Pinterest, or if you have at least stepped outside of your house in the last few years, you don't need me to tell you that braids are in.

  1. Your braid looks FABULOUS! I could never do that to my hair (not that I wouldn't want to, I just physically can't braid for some reason). Love it...and I'm totally craving mini cupcakes now :)

  5. Ha thanks, I should note that this was the second version because my hair also didn't cooperate the first time. But I believe in second chances. :)

  20. Thanks, the cupcakes were very delicious!
And as for the hair, it takes less than five minutes, maybe ten if you haven't had a lot of experience braiding. I just secured it with three bobby pins in the back. I think I might do a tutorial soon since I had such a resoponse over it! :)
