JACKET: GAP (or this one is similar) | DRESS: Macy's (out of stock but this dress is similar, and love this one too - both are on sale!) | BOOTIES: old but these are very similar | CLUTCH: Francesca's (out of stock but love this) | NECKLACE: Modern & Chic Boutique (and this one is similar without color)
Sometimes you stumble across a piece of clothing and you just know that you absolutely have to have it. That's how I felt about this denim moto jacket from GAP. Originally it was $90 but on sale for a little more than $60 and I could take an additional 30% off. This seemed like a pretty good buy for me, I like to break things down to cost per wear and I knew I would be wearing this jacket out. I don't always read reviews but I wasn't sure what size to buy so I started scanned through them. One comment said the jacket was $20 in store. This peaked my interest. That was worth a trip to the store. It turned out to be better than I thought. There was an additional 40% off in store and I ended up scoring this gem of a jacket for about $11. Let's just say I was pretty disappointed that it was extremely hot that day and I couldn't throw the jacket on immediately.
A cool front moved in this week and today's weather was perfect for denim jacket wearing. I paired it with ankle boots and floral dress, and now I pretty much feel ready for fall. I love pairing such an edgy piece like the denim jacket with this pink, flowy, floral dress because they really compliment each other. I can't wait to wear this combination again when the leaves are changing.
